The problem we are solving
- Clinics need answers right away. Needle-stick: they need the protocol, not a hunt through binders.
- We already have the policies. They sit in binders and shared drives. We wanted them immediately.
- We wanted an AI chat for this, but not in the cloud. Later we may use this path toward patient data. That only works on Faculty hardware.
- There are lots of app-specific RAG setups. I found them unreliable. Apps change, updates break things, I was rebuilding too often.
- So we wanted one setup that works across many tools without refitting the whole thing.
